ハラスメント防止宣言：（就業規則第11条、及び就薬規則第44条）
ハラスメント行為は人権にかかわる問題であり、従業員の尊厳を傷つけ職場環境の悪化を招く、ゆゆしき問題です。当社はハラスメント行為は断じて許さず、すべての従業員が互いに尊重し合えるよう、次のとおり取り組みます。
当社は、パワーハラスメント、セクシャルハラスメント、妊娠・出産・育児休業・介護休業等に関するハラスメントなど、あらゆる個人の尊厳を損なうハラスメントに該当する行為を一切許しません。また、それらを見過ごすことも許しません。
当社は、管理職を始めとする全従業員に対して研修などを通じて、ハラスメントに関する知識や対応能力を向上させ、そのような行為を発生させない、許さない企業風土づくりをします。
当社は、ハラスメントの解決のために相談窓口を設け、迅速で的確な解決を目指します。相談者や、事実関係の確認に協力した方に対し、不利益な取扱いは行いません。また、プライバシーを守って対応します。

Declaration of Prevention of Harassment: (Article 11 of the Employment Regulations and Article 44 of the Drug Enforcement Regulations)
Harassment is a matter of human rights and is a serious problem that damages the dignity of employees and deteriorates the work environment. The Company will not tolerate harassment and will make the following efforts to ensure that all employees respect each other.
We will not tolerate any harassment that undermines individual dignity, including power harassment, sexual harassment, harassment related to pregnancy, childbirth, childcare leave, nursing care leave, etc. We will not tolerate such harassment or overlook it. Nor will we accept any overlooking of such behavior.
We will improve the knowledge and ability to deal with harassment through training programs for all employees, including managers, and create a corporate culture that does not allow or tolerate such behavior.
We will establish a consultation service to resolve harassment and aim for prompt and appropriate resolution. We will not treat the person consulting with us or those who cooperate in confirming the facts of the situation in a disadvantageous manner. In addition, we will respond in a way that protects privacy.
